Dyeing Hand Painted Yarn

Dye your own custom yarn with Tara in the Stranded Studio. Tara will guide you through the steps of making your own custom hand-painted skein of yarn using professional quality weak-acid dyes. This workshop will provide instruction, supplies, equipment, and creative time for hand-painting skeins of natural merino wool fiber yarn. Students will be encouraged to experiment with different color patterns for each skein of yarn.

This is an introductory level workshop to experience playing with yarn dyes. No prior skills required.
