Colorwork Norwegian Mittens

This is a 3 session workshop. First session will focus on completing a Selbu style mini mitten to learn all the techniques associated with this particular style of mittens knitting. Second and third session will focus on knitting a pair of Selbu mittens design by Arne & Carlos, highly regarded Norwegian textile artists and designers. Students will receive a link to the pattern. Techniques learned include, knitting in the round with double pointed needles, stranded colorwork knitting with 2 colors, reading pattern charts, and so on.
